Partner Agency Application Procedure

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Hannah’s Treasure Chest.

To become a partner:

1. Make an appointment for a tour and informational meeting. At this time we will discuss how our organizations can work together.
2. Fill out a New Partner Agency Registration. The fee for a new partner agency is $150 for the first year, and gives full access to all of our programs and services.
3. Registration for following years is based on your agency’s usage of our programs. It will be calculated from the benefit your agency receives from our services.
