Tree Host Guidelines

Thank you for sponsoring a Giving Angels Tree this holiday season. Please confirm that you have received your packet of angels by calling our office at 937-438-5039. Your packet contains: • Angel tags with instruction sheets for participants • A tracking list of the enclosed angel tags • Laminated “Ask Us About Our Giving Angels Tree” sign • Pre-addressed “Fund the Mission” giving envelopes

Gift Guidelines Please limit your gifts to four (4) wrapped presents for each child. See our FAQ section for tips. If you would like to help the family further, please consider a gift card to Kroger, WalMart or Meijer to help provide a holiday meal. Place gift cards in a separate envelope with the child’s or family’s ID# on the front of the envelope.
